Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

What data we collect about you

If you are a customer, the data Lullabies collects includes but is not limited to names, contact information, payment details, demographic data (e.g., age, gender, location) and health information (such as child’s health history). This includes information on your child’s routine, schedules and sleep patterns which Lullabies uses to assess their individual needs and provide appropriate advice. Information is only collected that is required to provide our services. Lullabies collects information through direct contact with clients, such as during initial consultations, questionnaires, and diaries/logs, amongst other methods.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

If you make a purchase on our website, we store the personal information provided to process your order. This information will be retained for a period of at least six years.

We store data securely and only use it for the purpose of providing our services, occasionally contacting clients with updates on our service or changes to this Privacy Policy. We will never share any personal information with third parties unless required by law. Clients may opt-out from receiving emails from us at any time by emailing us at hello@lullabies.ae or when they provide us with payment details to purchase services. Lullabies will not accept, or action any information given by anyone other than a parent/legal guardian. Lullabies will only store the data for as long as necessary to provide our services, however, some information may be stored indefinitely or archived if required by law.

Lullabies takes all reasonable measures to keep your data safe and secure and ensure that only authorised personnel have access to this data. However, electronic interception is always an unfortunate possibility in the digital space.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, have left comments or made purchases, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Where your data is sent

Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
