Analytics and conversion tracking
We track practical website events such as booking-call clicks, WhatsApp clicks, free-guide downloads, contact form submissions, checkout starts and completed purchases. This helps us understand what is working and where families get stuck. Analytics events are not intended to include private health information.
Cookies and similar technology
The website may use cookies or similar browser storage for essential site functions, analytics, error monitoring, currency preferences, checkout, member login and security. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work properly if essential cookies are blocked.

Some providers store or process information outside the UAE. Where information is transferred internationally, we expect providers to use appropriate contractual, technical and organisational safeguards.

- Client consultation, course, order, invoice and payment records may be kept for up to seven years to meet accounting, tax, legal and professional record-keeping needs.
- Email marketing records are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, subject to suppression-list requirements.
- Analytics, technical logs and error records are kept for the period configured in the relevant provider tools and are reviewed periodically.
Your rights
Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the use of your personal information, withdraw consent, request a copy of your data, or complain to a data protection authority.
To make a privacy request, email hello@lullabies.ae. We may need to verify your identity before acting on the request. Some records cannot be deleted immediately where we need them for legal, accounting, safety or dispute-resolution reasons.
Children's privacy
The website is for adults. Parents, guardians and carers may share information about babies or children so Lullabies can provide support. Children should not submit personal information through the website themselves.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information, including access controls, HTTPS, trusted service providers and limited internal access. No online system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending highly sensitive medical documents unless Lisa has specifically asked for them and confirmed the best channel.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, tools or legal obligations change. The latest version will always be published on this page with a new last-updated date.
