Three families I see most.

Each starts in a different place. Most of you will see yourself in one of them — but the course is built to flex around whichever you are.

New nanny

First family or first newborn.

Foundational skills so they're safe and confident from day one.

Returning to work

You want alignment with your approach.

Same techniques you'd use, taught directly to your nanny.

Experienced

A skills top-up.

Newer evidence on sleep, feeding, first aid — and a refresher on what they already know.

Five things you'll actually be able to do.

01

Safe, responsive newborn handling.

02

Bottle feeding without nipple confusion or overfeeding.

03

Sleep foundations and safe-sleep practice.

04

First aid awareness — CPR, choking and emergency response.

05

Routine-setting and respectful interaction with toddlers.

Ten modules. Roughly this shape.

Ten modules across in-person practical days, live online sessions and self-led study — 17 practical hours, 8 online hours and 12+ self-led hours. The programme opens with an introduction to the professional role and closes with a group online learning check before sign-off. Module order may vary with facilitator availability.
