We deliver Dubai's most comprehensive antenatal classes and prenatal education designed specifically for parents giving birth in Dubai. Ourbirth & baby preparation programme covers labour in Dubai hospitals, feeding support, hands-on baby care, baby first aid and postnatal/postpartum recovery.

Unlike generic online courses or prenatal classes designed for NHS style care, Birth & Beyond addresses Dubai's unique realities: high intervention rates, fast discharge, and expat isolation. In-person Dubai birth classes with small groups (6-8 couples), support and education to help you advocate for your birth choices, plus one month of postnatal support from both a midwife and lactation consultant.
