Nanny Training Courses
Welcome to the Lullabies Nanny Training Course, where we provide your nanny with the evidence-based tools and confidence to care for your baby with competence and consistency. Whether you’re returning to work or simply seeking reassurance that your caregiver is aligned with your parenting approach, our workshops offer practical, hands-on training tailored to your family’s needs.
Led collaboratively by Lisa Adair, an experienced paediatric nurse, lactation consultant, and baby sleep coach, alongside Hannah Pierce (Early Years Specialist and Founder of The Child Unplugged) and Ashleigh Green (Early Years Teacher and Founder of Greenheart Wellbeing /Mindful Miss Green), the course brings together decades of combined experience in child development, early education, child health & wellbeing, and responsive caregiving. Together, this expert team covers every facet of professional nanny training — from feeding, sleep routines, and developmental play & milestones to emotional regulation, communication, safety, and first aid.
The focus throughout is on respectful care, responsive interaction, and creating a stable, nurturing environment for every child. Nanny training courses and workshops can be delivered in person or virtually and are suitable for both new and experienced nannies. Give your nanny the confidence to care — so you can rest easier knowing your little one is in capable hands.
Private, in-home nanny training is also available on an hourly basis, with rates reflecting the premium level of expertise and bespoke nature of each session. Travel costs may apply for home visits, location dependant. Every in-home session is tailored to your nanny’s existing skills and your family’s specific routines, ensuring the highest standard of care and consistency within your home.
