A responsive baby & child sleep coaching programme for your family which includes:
- An in-depth questionnaire which helps me meet your family's needs
- A comprehensive 5 day sleep log pre-coaching assessment to inform the plan I write for your family
- A tailored, responsive and age-appropriate sleep plan created from your questionnaire and pre coaching sleep logs
- Your sleep plan comes in 3 parts- my assessment, a holistic, whole child plan covering nutrition, activities etc., and a step by step sleep changes plan
- An initial 60 minute Zoom call to discuss your family's plan, how to implement it, and answer any of your questions. Please enquire if you would like to arrange a home visit; these are available at an extra cost
- Four weeks of virtual support, during which time I will review your sleep logs to analyse them and give advice and support where needed
