This four-hour session focuses on equipping you with essential baby skills that empower you to confidently care for your little one. From mastering practical skills such as bathing and feeding, understanding the nuances of winding and changing, to addressing common concerns such as colic or reflux, this course covers all aspects of newborn care. We will also discuss feeding, sleep, and how to lay good sleep foundations.
The session is led by you, and what you feel you need, as well as lots of handy tips from me. You will receive a complimentary copy of my eBook 'The Early Days' for you to refer to after the session.
You will also have the option to add regular check-ins with me at a reduced rate until your baby is 5 months old.
